Soooo.... Yeah... My activity dropped WAY off the radar after October. Most of that is due to my unfortunate new found "workaholic" nature, and I found a sport I actually like and can participate in(more on this in a minute). Work has gotten extremely crazy - I can't talk about much, though. We start our end of the year planning around October. Basically meaning any open projects I'm on, need to be finished by December - which of course is easier said than done. I've also signed my self up for punishment by saying 'yes' to helping out another department - effectively cutting my "work-on-my-freaking-projects" time by half. I am frustrated w

So in my last entry I mentioned how I probably wouldn't be posting much. Yeah Right. I should never-ever make promises like that, because the minute I do - guess what! A muse finds me and I have to run with it. This time the muse hit me hard, my RP character Quinn. To me, she is very dynamic.. a little emo at times, but one hell of a character - or at least that's my plans for her. Expect to see many drawings and sketches of her. I've also be trying my hand at digital coloring. I have a HUGE new found respect for those who do this art form really well. It's difficult! I'm still working out technique, and I'm hoping I get better in time.

It's surely been a long time since I've been on DA, and a lot has changed. On May 24th, I married who I whole-heartedly beleve to be the other half of myself. Don't get me wrong, he drive me up a damn wall some days but he's a wonderful man :) and I wouldn't change him for the world. I'm not sure that's I'll be posting much work on DA minus the sporadic piece of inspiration. I'm posting just a few new works, nothing overly exciting but hey. Catch everyone later - Jen
